Position Overview:
The Bilingual Community Based Clinician is a vital part of our team, providing behavioral health services to children, adults, and families in the community. You will work closely with clients to assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans that address their unique needs. This role requires a compassionate, culturally sensitive individual who can offer services in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans for clients.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy with a focus on trauma-informed care.
  • Collaborate with other service providers and community resources to support holistic care for clients.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with agency and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in regular supervision and training to enhance clinical skills and ensure quality care.
  • Advocate for clients' needs within the healthcare system and the community. Qualifications:
    • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
    • Licensed or license-eligible in the state of Arizona (LMSW, LCSW, LAC, LPC).
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
    • Experience working with diverse populations, especially in underserved communities.
    • Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and culturally responsive services.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
