embrace Agile-eXtreme Programming principles to deliver innovative
software products for Ford Motor Company and our commercial
customers.What you'll be able to do:Engineer high-quality reusable
code to develop the dynamic user interface for various
platformsEnhance testing platforms, improve test automation, foster
software craftsmanshipSurprise and delight customers and partner
software engineersMonitor and evaluate the performance of our
solutionsCollaborate with multi-skilled teams working on
commercial/fleet software solutionsEngage in Test-first
Development, Test Driven DevelopmentCloud development using
cutting-edge technologies and integrations with Ford enterprise
systemsThe minimum qualifications we seek:Bachelor's degree in
computer science or equivalent3+ years of experience in experience
working in front-end development.3+ years of experience with
Object-oriented development languages, such as but not limited
to:JavaJavaScriptTypeScriptKotlinPythonC#Modern databases
(Relational and non-relational)1+ years of experience developing
and deploying to cloud platforms, such as Google Cloud Platform,
Pivotal Cloud Foundry, Amazon Web Services, and Microsoft
AzureExperience in developing web-based UI using JavaScript,
Angular or Vue and/or Typescript.Familiarity with debugging
problems using appropriate tools.Continuous integration/continuous
delivery tools and pipelines, such as: (Jenkins,
Terraform)Experience with end-to-end testing tools such as
Selenium.Our preferred qualifications:Master's Degree in Computer
Science or related fieldDeep understanding of Object-Oriented
Design PrinciplesFamiliar with eXtreme Programming (XP) practices
including Pair/Mob programming and Test-first/Test Driven
Development (TDD)Experience with developing and deploying to cloud
platforms, such as Google Cloud Platform, Pivotal Cloud Foundry,
Amazon Web Services, and Microsoft AzureExperience with
Spring/SpringBoot and RESTFUL Web services developmentExperience
with machine learning, mathematical modeling and data analysis is a
plusKnowledge of SQL and NoSQL databasesExperience with CA Agile
Central (Rally), backlogs, iterations, user stories, or similar
Agile Tools Highly effective in working with other technical
specialists, Product Managers, UI/UX Designers and business
partners.Previous experience working as a react.js
developer.In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and
front-end languages.Knowledge of REACT tools including React.js,
Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux.Experience with user interface
design.Knowledge of performance testing frameworks including Mocha
and Jest.Familiar with eXtreme Programming (XP) practices including
Pair/Mob programming and Test-first/Test Driven Development
(TDD)Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databasesPassion for learning and
willingness to work in a pair programming environment.Understanding
