Title: Procurement/Contract/P2P Operations Analyst (Financial Services)

Location: Tempe, AZ (hybrid 2 days on-site)
Duration: 6+ month contract
Compensation: $35.00-$40.00/hour
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

Summary: ---Seeking a resource who is entry level to mid-level to support SAP application (Ariba, Fieldglass, Concur) from a business perspective.
Could be a SAP Ariba/Fieldglass/Concur/Procure-to-pay super user.
Should have experience with Fieldglass SOW or Ariba Risk configuration/admin support (highly preferred), will consider applicants with other vendor management and/or procurement systems management experience or related.
Will be involved with project coordination, data mapping, reporting, executive project status presentations, system enhancement/configuration solution/testing, etc.

Key Aspects: Requires advanced administration and proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and/or other data spreadsheet, presentation building, Power BI, and Procurement of the Americas (POA) applications.
Preferred experience with SAP products Ariba, Fieldglass, and Concur.
Requires the ability to direct and/or manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent relationship management, problem-solving, organization, effective communication and writing skills required. Development opportunities are available to support progression.
Adaptability of this team is key, as team members must not only understand our business partners' strategies, processes, policies, and operations, but also proactively engage and respond to environmental shifts. A strong development and quick learning curve on POA processes is necessary.

Major Responsibilities: Support Approach of '3' in a Box, Processes of TPRM Intake, Contracting, Sourcing, Contingent Workforce Management (SOW), and general Accounts Payable.
Review, update, and Ensure Policy standards are met by both Procurement and non-Procurement personnel.
Produce and maintain operational reports and presentations necessary to drive status and efficiency.
Provide management status reports.
Operation as a contributing team player across program, process, and support project leads on various tasks.
Data familiarity with multiple financial applications; thorough understanding of the attributes, interactions, and differences between each data source: Dimensional structure
Data and cube characteristics
Data flows through the data source (Processing input and output)



Qualifications: Typically requires a 2- or 4-year degree; or 1 or more years of previous work experience/exposure that includes corporate environment experience with Procurement Operations, Sourcing, SOW Contingent Workforce Management, Contract Administration, and/or Procure to Pay.
Experience in developing and implementing systems requirements.
Demonstrated ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Specialized knowledge and experience advising on reengineering procure-to-pay processes to optimize cost and mitigate risk with overall continuous improvement.
Solid understanding of the value drivers related to sourcing, buying, accounts payable, and P2P systems.
Experience in leading or supporting cross-functional teams in the end-to-end execution of Project Improvement Initiatives
Proficiency in SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, Power BI, and Excel
